In Grand Traverse County you can get tested for COVID-19 at:

GTCHD Testing: 
Health Department's Main location at 2600 LaFrainer. Monday through Thursday from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm BY appointment only. No doctor's note necessary, follow signs to back parking lot, testing will be drive-through. To schedule an appointment, click here. 

Northwest Michigan Health Services (231-642-5292):
By appointment only.  Please leave a voicemail and they will return your call.

Rite Aid (231-943-9288).
No doctor recommendation is needed.  Online scheduling is required:

Munson’s Foster Family Community Health Center (231-935-9269): 
At this location, rapid antigen and PCR testing is available.  Testing is billed to insurance and patient is responsible for any remaining balance.

Munson Walk-In Clinic (231-929-1234 option #4) on US 31 South. 
Testing is offered regardless of symptoms.

Walgreens in Traverse City: The one located at Chum's Corners.
An appointment is required.  No doctor's recommendation is needed.  An online assessment tool will ask you some questions and then allow you to schedule an appointment:

Crystal Lake Clinic (5191 Rosewood Dr., Traverse City, 231-922-0667):
Symptomatic or asymptomatic. Telehealth visit required. They provide same day appointments for testing with results usually within 48-72 hours. They will bill insurance or $55 if no insurance. Appointment preferred or can drive-up and call from the parking lot.

TC Rapid Testing - (3301 Veterans Dr)
Testing is $125. The clinic accepts credit cards and cash. Clients are taken on a first come, first served basis, and will remain in their car for testing. Learn more at 231-252-FAST.

COVID 19 Vaccine:

We do NOT offer the COVID vaccine at our office. Please check with your local pharmacy for more information on the vaccine. 

Currently the booster vaccine is being given to patients with autoimmune deficiencies. If you feel you might be eligible for the COVID 19 Booster shot, please contact the office, as you might need a doctor’s note to get the vaccine.
