The office will be closed Thursday March 21, 2024, at 3pm- Sunday March 31, 2024, for Spring Break.

Normal office hours will resume Monday April 1 , 2024, at 7am.

You may still send messages and refill request to your provider through the patient portal or by calling and leaving a voice mail, however messages will NOT be checked regularly during this time. If you have an urgent matter that is non-life threatening, you can page the on-call provider by calling our office at 231-935-0580.

We are closed for lunch: Monday & Wednesday 12:00pm-1:00pm as well as Tuesday & Thursday 11:00am-12:00pm.
